Udon noodles with boiled peanuts teriyaki by Patrick

  1. Wash the peppers, cut the outermost layer of the spring onions, peel it off and then wash the spring onions.
  2. Cut the pepper into pieces of about 1cm and cut the spring onion into small rings. Set aside a little of the middle green part for later decoration.
  3. In a wok, heat the water until it boils. Then add the udon and cook with the lid closed for 3 minutes. (Alternatively, cook udon noodles in a separate pot.) Then remove the udon noodles from the wok and set aside.
  4. Briefly fry the peppers and spring onions in peanut oil in a wok. Then reduce the heat and add the Boiled Peanuts Teriyaki. Heat briefly, then add the noodles and mix everything in the wok.
  5. Arrange everything together on plates. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and the rest of the remaining spring onions over the dish as decoration.
