Burrito Wraps with Boiled Peanuts Spicy.


  1. For our delicious burrito recipe you need vegetables and herbs, which you should wash thoroughly. Chop tomatoes, half an onion and the inside of the avocado into small pieces. The other half of the onion and the pepper should be cut into strips. Chop the coriander roughly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, onions and avocado to make guacamole. Season the mixture with cumin, salt, chili flakes and the juice of half a lime.
  3. Fry the burrito wraps on both sides over medium heat. Remove them from the pan after 2 minutes and spread the guacamole on a plate in the middle. Top with strips of bell pepper and onions. Spread 1/3 of the Boiled Peanuts Spicy over the top, as well as coriander and cheese.
  4. Fold the wraps 1/4 of the way up on each side with both hands, then fold the bottom side up and the top side down. Fry the folded burrito with the folded side first for about 30 seconds over medium heat, then all other sides for another 30 seconds.
  5. Remove the burrito from the pan and keep it warm in the preheated oven. Finish the remaining burritos and cut them in half. Serve on plates with the rest of the guacamole and lime wedges. Serve with nachos or a salad with red and/or white cabbage.
